RIM made in reaction injection molding

Low pressure perfusion, also known as low-pressure reaction injection molding ( Reactian Injection Moulding, RIM ) is applied to the rapid production of a new process, it will double component polyurethane material through mixing, at room temperature, low pressure injection mould under the environment of rapid, material through the polymerization, cross-linking, curing and other chemical and physical processes forming products. With high efficiency, short production cycle, simple process, low cost advantages. Suitable for the process of product development trial production of small quantities, and the product has the advantages of simple structure and large covering parts of thick wall and uneven wall thickness products of small batch production.

Technical parameters:

Application mold: mold in resin ( about 100 ) the ABS mold ( about 300 ) of aluminum alloy mold ( more than 1000)

Pouring material : two-component polyurethane PU

Physical properties: similar to PP/ABS, with aging, the impact force resistance was high enough, easy loading and unloading etc..

Curing time: 30 minutes /, products in 80 °ambient curing 2 - 4 hours.

Products: casting accuracy of± 0.2/100mm.

Products: the maximum thickness of casting casting thickness 10mm.

The biggest casting workpiece: 2700× 1200 ×1000, 10kg.
